Getting Mentally Prepared

Here it is, almost midnight, and I've made the proclamation that tomorrow will be the start of my new workout "regime" to tone this flabby body. I have NO idea what I'm going to do tomorrow. Could be just some Wii, could be more...whatever, it will be something. I may start off with baby steps, but I will start off.

Wish me luck. I'll be sure and report.

AC has already agreed to some accountability with me (though she's never had the "accountability" problem and is starting on her umpteenth boot camp tomorrow morning at 5:30, so she doesn't need my motivation). She will actually be waking the roosters.

  1. I'm there with ya! I've been doing Wii fit, Jillian's Shed, Ab ball exercise DVD, and Biggest Loser. All at home. I've tried the gym membership thing and I just don't stick with it. I feel like it's money out the window. So I like the home method and I can always change it up. Started today with Jillian. She isn't easy! I'm going to change it up each day so I don't get bored and so that I work all parts. Good luck to you, my friend!
